Charles E. (Chip) Smallwood, Jr.
Chip has been involved in the landscape industry for 34 years. He started as a laborer
for his father in his early teens. He attended the University of Delaware where he earned
a Bachelor of Science degree in Plant Science in 1976. Since graduating from Delaware, Chip
has worked in the family business which he now owns and operates.
His years of experience give him the knowledge to design a landscape that will make your
house or business the envy of the neighborhood.
Chip lives in Cochranville, Pa. with his wife Marcia and their three sons. Chip enjoys sports,
especially soccer. He was the head coach for the Octorara High School boys soccer team and also
coached in the PA Classics soccer club. Chip enjoys traveling to watch his sons play.
Ron Geedey
Ron has been involved in the landscape business for 25 years now. He started as a
landscape laborer working in the summers while in high school. He went to Temple University
and earned a degree in Landscape Design in 1985. Since graduating from Temple, Ron has
been designing and installing landscapes and taking courses at Longwood Gardens.
Ron has been with Smallwoods Landscaping since 1987.
Ron's 25 years of experience serve him well in creating designs that are both asthetically
pleasing and unique. His designs will compliment and enhance your property as well as
increase its value.
Ron lives in Gap, Pa. with his wife Ann and their two sons. In his spare time he enjoys
spending time with his family, and coaching the boys soccer and baseball teams.
